How you pay

Two ways to buy, one refund policy

On our websiteDesktop software and some app plans are bought at our checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle, who sends your receipt.
In the App Store or Google PlaySubscriptions bought inside a mobile app are billed and managed by the store, including cancellation and refunds.

Pricing FAQ

When will pricing be announced?

We have not set prices yet. oneapp is still in development, and we will publish plans here before launch. Everyone on the wishlist hears first.

Where will I be able to buy?

Desktop software is bought on our website through a checkout run by Paddle. Apps with in-app subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Each plan on this page will say which one applies.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, under the rules in our refund policy. Website purchases can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of purchase, and approved refunds are generally paid within 14 days. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by the store.

Are our mobile games and apps free?

Our current Android apps are free to download and are supported by ads and optional in-app purchases. You can see them on the apps page.

Can I cancel a subscription any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
