Questions
Can I resize iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes. HEIC photos open in every image tool, read by the decoder built into macOS and Windows, and results are saved as JPG.
Does resizing overwrite my original?
No. The tool writes new files, and your originals stay untouched.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Resize Image runs on your computer inside oneapp, and your files are not uploaded.
